Warehouse Representative
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse by performing various tasks related to inventory management, bottling, portable exchange tank regeneration and customer service. Our Warehouse Reps are responsible for accurately receiving, storing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate for this role will feel comfortable being responsible for inventory management, order fulfillment, and organization of the warehouse. This position may also provide relief to Route Delivery Drivers.

Responsibilities
Inventory management
– Accurately receive, store, and organize inventory; perform regular counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
Order fulfillment
– Monitor bottling or PE line operation and ensure quality control (where applicable); reconcile shipping load sheets; reconcile receiving packing slips; load and unload trucks.
Teamwork
– Collaborate with coworkers to achieve common goals; communicate and provide support to team members; provide relief to Route Delivery Drivers.
Time management
– Prioritize tasks and use time efficiently to meet deadlines.
Organization
– Maintain a clean, neat, orderly work area; keep tools and materials stored; follow established procedures.
Safety
– Adhere to safety protocols; use PPE; operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment safely.
Where you’ll work
Culligan Warehouse Reps work in a warehouse, indoor and outdoor environments with variable weather, noise, and temperature. Use of resin may create slick surfaces. This role is labor intensive, requiring strong physical stamina. Physical demands include lifting up to 75 lbs, carrying and moving heavy items, standing and walking for long periods, kneeling and bending. Expect exposure to various temperatures and weather conditions.

Your qualifications
Forklift certified (preferred but not required).
Ability to operate a hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
If driving a company vehicle, must be 18 years of age (21+ for route trucks); pass and maintain acceptable driving record for insurance.
Must successfully pass criminal background and drug screening, and ongoing screenings per company requirements.
Must remain physically capable, with or without reasonable accommodation, of performing the duties required.
