Position Overview
The successful candidate will assist the Remarketing Financial and Business Control team through the following tasks and roles.

Logistics coordination

Used Equipment Fleet audit

PO creation, submission, verification
Machine and rental invoicing
Work order review
Data research and analytics
Key Responsibilities
PO creation and submission, logistics, work order review as part of Remarketing Financial and Business Control tasks
Remarketing inventory audit – confirm hours, physical locations, and specifications
Development of reporting forms on UE market values, UE market dynamics, and dealer sales performance for VCE Management
Support of Export Sales functions, including POs and related processes

Minimum Education and Experience
Currently enrolled in a degree program, preferably in Accounting or Finance, with at least 30 semester hours completed before internship start
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75
Interns may work up to 40 hours per week during the summer semester
Computer literate with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Good aptitude for remarketing systems and processes
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly rate based on geographic location, academic classification, and area of study: $17.00 – $46.00. Pay equity is considered alongside internal equity of current team members.
