$300,000 guaranteed base salary (hospital-backed)
4-day clinic workweek
Outpatient/Inpatient mix ( 70/30)
20-23 clinic patients/day
Student loan assistance, relocation, CME, malpractice
Partnership/buy-in as early as 6 months (owner financing available)

Requirements:

Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Comfortable with inpatient & outpatient care
Must live within 30 minutes of the hospital
Long-term commitment (5 years)
