Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights

• Urgent Care Medical Director overseeing NTX Urgent Care Service Line
• 60-70% clinical / 30-40% administrative leadership mix
• Clinical responsibility across 9 urgent care locations; primary base at central site
• Oversight of 4-5 APPs with supervision stipends included
• Lead quality improvement, patient safety, infection control, and risk management initiatives
• Improve access, optimize capacity, and reduce ED utilization through escalation protocols
• Partner with hospital and regional leadership in a dyad operational model
• Serve as attending physician for Family Medicine residency rotations in Urgent Care
• Align medical staff goals with broader organizational objectives
• Ensure regulatory compliance and lead recruitment, credentialing, and peer review efforts
• Highly competitive total compensation of approximately $395,000 (base + APP stipends + incentives)

Candidate Requirements:

• MD or DO, Board Certified
• 5+ years clinical experience in adult and pediatric medicine
• 3+ years leadership experience (5+ preferred)
• Active and unrestricted Texas medical license
