Responsibilities

Call open Vacation Introductory Package (HVIP) guests to verify details, answer questions, and attempt to lock in dates for their open-dated package.

Coordinate full customer/concierge services to all guests including the selling of tours and activities.

Provide complete and accurate information to guests on every telephone call or electronic communication, especially information about tour presentations, accommodations, premiums, upcoming vacations, and promotions.

Complete fulfillment package processing, room reservations, tour booking, and charging credit cards.

Meet minimum production standards for activations.

Work with Resort Operations to resolve any accommodation issue.

Ensure the privacy and security of confidential information about our guests and our company.

Qualifications

Related work experience.

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Diligent in detail and able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Able to complete tasks in a timely manner, critically think, and work in a team environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Additional Qualities (Advantageous)

Sales/Marketing experience.

Call center experience.

1 year of customer service experience.
