• Dates: Aug 3-7, 10-14, 17-21, Sept 5-11, 12, 13 (call), 14-18, 19, 20 (call), 21-26, Sept 28-Oct 2, 3, 4 (call), 5-9, 10, 11 (call), 12-16, 26-30, Oct 31-Nov 1 (call), 2-6, 7, 8 (call), 9-13, 14, 15 (call), 23-25, 28, 29 (call), Nov 30-Dec 4, 5, 6 (call), 7-11, 12, 13 (call), 14-18, 19, 20 (call), 21-24, 25-27 (call), 28-31. Future dates TBD
• Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Call: 3pm-7am, every other night, every other weekend
• Cases: Ortho, GYN, OB (less than 200 deliveries/year), Dental, Podiatry
