Travel Rate - $61.50/hr (Taxable pay: $41.75 + $19.75 non taxed pay)

Shift Gross -$861 (Taxable pay: $584 + $277 non taxed pay)

• 3 Shifts or More

Travel Rate - $67/hr (Taxable pay: $24 + $43 non taxed pay)

Shift Gross - $2,814 (Taxable pay: $1,008 + $1,806 non taxed pay)
