About the Role
This Senior Human Resource Specialist will enable the HR operating model within Distribution and Receive Centers, ensuring consistent execution of HR processes, routines, and tools. You will provide guidance and operational support for onboarding, workforce routines, training record‑keeping, and day‑to‑day HR services. Your focus will be on staffing, retention, engagement, compliance, and helping leaders and team members navigate HR processes and organizational change.

About You
Primary shift Sunday‑Wednesday 8am‑7pm

Schedule flexibility Sunday‑Friday 8am‑10pm required, depending on business needs
High school diploma or equivalent experience
1+ year of administrative experience
Maintains a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office 365
Strong customer‑/client‑service skills and ability to communicate (written and verbal) with all levels of the organization, both internal and external
Anticipates problems, escalates when appropriate, demonstrates strong prioritization and organizational skills, and takes action to complete tasks accurately and on time
Ability to work with highly confidential information
Ability to take initiative and make fair and consistent decisions that align with our strategy and values
Ability to multi‑task and be a flexible team player who can easily adapt to change
