Job at a Glance
As an Inventory Control Specialist at our state‑of‑the‑art fulfillment center, you will work within a fast‑paced distribution environment. You will maintain accurate inventory records, ensure data integrity, and support operational efficiency.
A Typical Day
Maintain a safety‑first environment by following safety procedures.
Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Investigate and reconcile inventory variances using warehouse management systems (WMS).
Monitor inbound and outbound inventory movements for proper documentation and tracking.
Collaborate with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping teams to maintain inventory integrity.
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and adjustments.
Assist in root‑cause analysis for inventory issues and recommend process improvements.
Support inventory‑related reporting and metrics for leadership review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and inventory control procedures.
Operate RF scanners and other inventory tracking tools.
Participate in physical inventory counts and year‑end audits.

Comfortable with using smartphones, computers, and handheld scanners.
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving ability.
Reliable, enthusiastic team player eager to help.

Thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience operating a forklift; willingness to be certified on an order picker.
Strong communication skills; proficient in English (verbal and written).
Comfortable with varying warehouse temperatures.
Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
