Job Requirements
You must be 16 years of age or older.
General Duties for All Store Team Members
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility daily.
Training
Orientation and on-the-job training are provided.
Communication Skills
Ability to comprehend and convey written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders in person or over the phone.
Essential Functions/Skills
Ability to perform basic math accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).
Make correct monetary change.
Verbal, written, and telephone communication to take and process orders.
Eye–hand coordination to perform tasks with speed and accuracy.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying weather and in-store temperatures; hot surfaces up to 500 degrees or higher; fumes from food odors; cornmeal dust.
Cramped quarters (including walk-in cooler) and moving mechanical parts.
Additional Information — Physical Requirements
Standing most tasks; walking on tile/linoleum; variable height of work surfaces.
Walking, sitting (office tasks), lifting (up to 50 pounds), carrying (occasional heavy items), pushing/pulling, climbing stairs or ladders for occasional tasks.
Reaching, hand tasks requiring eye–hand coordination; manual dexterity with tools such as pizza cutter and peel.
