Overview
Peak is seeking a Paint & Drywall Maintenance Technician to join our team at Ramblewood Apartments, a 1,200+ unit community. This role involves drywall repairs, interior painting for apartment turns, touch-ups, and common areas, with on-call rotation.
Responsibilities
Perform drywall repairs, including patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing
Complete interior painting for apartment turns, touch-ups, and common areas
Prepare surfaces for painting, including drywall finishing and wall repairs
Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed to support the property and team
Must have reliable transportation
This position does require on-call rotation
Requirements
Prolonged periods standing and walking
Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
