Responsibilities
As a Courtesy Clerk, you will serve as a customer service ambassador. You will properly handle and bag customers’ groceries while delivering extraordinary customer service. You may help shoppers find products, gather carts from the outdoors, sweep floors, pick up spills, and represent Sprouts as the face of the store. You should display a friendly, outgoing attitude, teamwork, and a positive impact on the store environment. Many team members start their careers in this role and may be promoted to other positions in our many departments. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Qualifications
At least 16 years of age
Dependable and reliable
Outgoing and friendly behavior
Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers
Ability to work a flexible schedule as the business requires
Follow all front‑end procedures and work closely with other team members
Pay Range
The pay range for this position is $15.25 - $16.75 per hour. Pay is determined based on applicable experience and qualifications.
