We’re looking for an

HR Specialist

to own People Operations in the US.
You’ll be the go‑to HR partner on the ground — running day‑to‑day operations, supporting employees, and ensuring everything is compliant, structured, and human‑centered.
This is a hands‑on role with real ownership, perfect for someone who enjoys building processes, solving problems, and being a trusted point of contact.
What You’ll Do:

Implement and manage the full HR lifecycle, including:
Manage employee records and ensure US compliance
Own onboarding and offboarding processes
Administer benefits and insurance
Act as the first point of contact for HR queries
Partner with global HR to align practices
Improve processes and maintain HR systems
You Should Have:

5+ years in HR/People Ops in the US
Previous aerospace & defense industry experience (preferred)
Strong knowledge of US employment law
Experience with benefits administration
Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive
Confident working directly with employees
