Responsibilities
Managing existing client relationships
Developing new client relationships
Focusing on client relationships with no product sales or quotas to meet
Understanding and communicating client goals, simplifying complex financial concepts, and ensuring the firm meets the client’s broad financial needs
Being a flexible, open‑minded team player with excellent organizational and communication skills
Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $80,000 to $200,000 (dependent on experience level), additional annual bonuses from $30,000 to $150,000, a generous quarterly bonus, and a $20,000 signing bonus.
Desired Skills & Experience
Preferably a bachelor’s degree in finance or business
Minimum three years of work experience in the investment/finance industry
Solid understanding of financial markets and investments
Experience advising clients on retirement planning, asset allocation, estate planning, employee benefits, tax planning, and insurance
Industry related designations such as CFP, CFA, or CPA, or working toward them, preferred
Experience with retirement planning software such as RightCapital or MoneyGuide Pro preferred
Ambition, high energy, and strong desire to succeed
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
