Overview
As a
Sr Finance Analyst

You will work out of our Illinois City, IL location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company's financial health by delivering accurate financial reports, analyzing variances, and providing actionable recommendations to improve financial performance. Your contributions will help shape the financial strategies that support our growth and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Provide insights and recommendations to drive topline revenue, optimize direct margin, and foster order growth for the Industrial Solutions business.
Support financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring accurate reporting and strong visibility into revenue, margin, orders, and backlog.
Analyze financial performance versus plan, identify risks and opportunities, and escalate key trends to finance and business leadership.
Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business initiatives, operating reviews, and strategic planning.
Support order intake, revenue conversion, and execution analytics to improve forecast accuracy and business outcomes.
Contribute analytical support to productivity, cost, and process improvement initiatives impacting growth and profitability.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or related roles
Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical tools
Experience using financial reporting systems and ERP platforms
Preferred/Values
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience in financial analysis within a corporate or industrial environment
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate financial insights effectively
Experience supporting industrial, commercial, or operations-focused business lines (preferred)
