Finance background is not required — successful advisors come from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. What you’ll do
As a Financial Representative, you will help clients live more and worry less through a personalized approach to financial planning. As a business owner, you’ll spend your days acquiring clientele and finding financial solutions with help from our industry-leading training, mentors, and products.
Your responsibilities include developing and implementing financial plans to show clients where they are today, plan where they want to go tomorrow, and provide the financial tools and support to help them get there. Requirements and qualifications
You could be right for this opportunity if you have:
Professional work experience or a 4-year degree
History of success
Desire for continuous learning
Interpersonal relationship skills
Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
We are seeking people with a background in teaching, coaching, real estate, communication, marketing, mortgage lending, public relations, car sales, hospitality, training, management, accounting, business owners, sales, or technology.
Licensing, compensation and development
This position offers a performance-based compensation plan. The candidate will need to obtain their life and health certification before training begins and their investment licenses by the end of their first contract year with the organization. Northwestern Mutual provides training and reimburses costs associated with the certifications.
Commission structure to support early development
Mentorship and professional development training throughout your entire career
Support for insurance licensing, SIE, Series 6 & Series 63 or Series 7 & Series 66
