Responsibilities
Perform all the duties of Customer Service Representative and Delivery Driver
Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift
Responsible for all store operations
Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile (including the phone)
Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers
Making fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures
Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner
Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the first thing the customer sees to the back of the store
Maintaining a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards
Qualifications
Experience leading a team of 3 to 30 people, using high standards, motivation and a good attitude to get them in the right place at the right time
A clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; access to a reliable insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license
A great role model; on time, positive attitude and appropriate dress
Willingness to work when the team needs you the most, including weekends and holidays
Minimum 18 years of age
