Business Development Intern
Position Description
Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in the e-commerce and digital commerce space
Consult and propose suitable e-commerce and digital solutions
Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
Achieve assigned revenue targets and sales KPIs
Account Management (Existing Clients): Manage a portfolio of existing clients as the primary point of contact, understand client business objectives, recommend effective solutions, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, monitor timelines, service quality, deliverables, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Client Relationship & Retention: Build long‑term, trusted relationships with clients, ensure high client satisfaction and contract renewal rates, collect client feedback for service improvement.
Reporting & Coordination: Track sales pipelines, account performance, and revenue using CRM tools, prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, maintain accurate, up‑to‑date client records.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and professional knowledge.
Report to Sales Manager and perform other tasks as assigned.
Position Requirement
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic understanding of business development.
Strong communication, negotiation skills, quick learning ability, and passion for technology.
Hardworking, detail‑oriented, and responsible in work.
Commitment And Entitlement
Working with a dynamic environment, professional clients.
Salary: 3 million – 6 million.
Working time: Monday – Friday ; from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Working location: HCM office – Sala Urban Center, No. 21-23, B4 street, An Loi Dong ward, Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh city.
This intern role offers the opportunity for promotion to a full-time Business Development Executive position.
