Job Description
Domino's Customer Service Rep plays a key role in providing excellent customer service, managing cash, and ensuring high-quality food preparation and store cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude and great customer service skills
Take orders over the phone and in person
Deal with customer concerns
Cash handling
Upselling
Make Domino’s high quality pizzas
Food and portion control
Maintain hygiene and food safety
Food preparation
General cleaning duties
Operate all equipment
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
Prepare product
Receive and process telephone orders
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both by phone and in person
Understand and give correct written instructions
Apply math skills accurately and quickly for monetary change and calculations
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Move and push trays on dollies, and pull trays as needed
Navigate stairs or climb a ladder for maintenance tasks
Perform forward bending at the pizza assembly station and during stocking, for 30‑45 seconds continuously during the day
Perform occasional stooping, bending, crouching, and squatting to stock shelves and clean low areas
Reach continuously, up, down, and forward at stations
Coordinate eye‑hand movements consistently throughout the shift
Frequent use of hands for shaping dough and other tasks
Essential Functions & Physical Requirements
Accuracy in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division for processing orders and payments
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise, rapid movements
Push trays weighing up to 7.5 pounds with moderate force
Pull trays as required
Climb stairs or ladders infrequently
Maintain forward bending posture for up to 45 seconds continuously during service periods
Perform stooping, bending, crouching, and squatting when necessary
Reach continuously, up, down, and forward while working
Use both hands simultaneously or individually for various tasks, including shaping dough with forearms and wrists
