Job Location
Bennington, VT – 1st shift at our wet tantalum and conformal‑coated capacitor plant (100 employees). Pay: $16–$17 per hour.
What You Will Be Doing
Follow process specifications to perform assigned manufacturing functions.
Ensure equipment is in good working condition and cleaned daily.
Record critical data on lot traveler ticket.
Visually inspect parts for conformance to specifications.
What You Will Bring Along
Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions.
Good communication and math skills.
