Compensation and Benefits
The starting pay is $20.00/hr; base pay may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Selected candidates may be eligible for benefits including medical, prescription, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, tuition assistance, sick and vacation time, and tire discounts.

Responsibilities Will Include

Perform tire and automotive services such as fluid exchanges, preventative maintenance, brake repairs, and other mobile services while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Maintain independence on assigned routes; safely drive between appointments, represent Goodyear, and conduct proper safety checks before and during service.

Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions, explaining the service process, and fully understanding the customer’s needs; demonstrate proficient knowledge of our products and services, including warranties, promotions, and advertisements.

Perform various manual tasks such as pre‑preparing equipment, loading vehicles, cleaning the worksite, and reconciling product inventory.

Perform manual tasks for extended periods, which may include light and heavy lifting (consumer tires and wheels), standing, bending, and squatting.

Opportunity to travel to other cities outside your home market to train others or receive training on new technology and techniques.

Basic Qualifications

At least 18 years of age.

Valid driver’s license.

Six months of automotive experience.

No relocation is being offered for this position.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Three months of customer service experience preferred.
