Position Summary:
The Warehouse Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining the organization, efficiency, and overall flow of our staging operations. This position supports both in-warehouse logistics—such as inventory management, furniture preparation, and deliveries—and on-site staging installations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations
Assist with daily warehouse organization, furniture prep, and movement of inventory
Support receiving, tagging, and logging new inventory into the tracking system
Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety throughout the warehouse
Coordinate outgoing and incoming staging deliveries with drivers and movers
Prepare and pack accessories, artwork, and soft goods for upcoming projects
Support furniture maintenance, repairs, and light cleaning as needed
On-Site Staging Support
Assist designers during property installations and de-stages
Safely load, transport, and install furniture, art, and décor at staging sites
Follow direction on furniture placement, styling, and layout adjustments
Ensure properties are left pristine and photo-ready upon completion
Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support during on-site setups
General & Administrative
Communicate effectively with design, logistics, and operations teams
Track damaged or missing inventory and report issues promptly
Support process improvements to increase efficiency across warehouse and field operations
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or furniture handling (staging or moving industry preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Physical ability to lift and move furniture (up to 50 lbs)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Professional demeanor and positive attitude when representing the brand on-site
Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory software a plus (e.g., RentalWorks, WASP, etc.)
