Patient Financial Counselor — Clinical Billing & Support

Duke is looking for a Financial Care Counselor to join their Patient Revenue Management Organization in Durham, NC. In this role, you will handle patient accounts and analyze insurance benefits to ensure timely reimbursement. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and at least two years of experience in hospital service access or billing. This position will be onsite from Monday to Friday, with a regular schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
