Job Purpose
We are currently seeking an individual with test experience on PCBs. The qualified candidate will test and verify inner PCBs using ATG flying probe equipment.
Responsibilities
Identify defects and sort scrap or rework boards from good ones.
Rework excess copper shorts using an X‑acto knife and blades under a dynascope or magnification glass.
Maintain logs, internal documentation, and perform routine housekeeping tasks.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4+ years industry experience.
Familiarity with computers.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Availability to work overtime and weekends.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Good visual acuity.
Basic shop mathematical ability.
Salary Range (annual)
$52,000.00 - $64,272.00

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package.
