As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will serve as the face of our front desk while also supporting our brand presence through light social media and marketing efforts. We are a high-traffic, fast-paced medical spa offering services including injectables, laser treatments, facials, and waxing, and we’re looking for someone who can help enhance both our in‑office experience and our client engagement online.
Position Overview

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping each client’s visit. This position requires someone who is polished, proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a busy environment. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth front desk operations, supporting both clients and providers, and assisting with social media content and marketing initiatives to help grow the business.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in clients with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency
Deliver a high-level customer experience from arrival to checkout
Manage a busy appointment schedule, including booking, rescheduling, and confirmations
Rebook appointments and actively support service and product sales
Assist in closing retail and service sales with confidence
Provide support to providers to ensure smooth daily operations
Handle walk‑in clients and maintain flow during high‑traffic periods
Assist with social media content (photos, videos, stories) and basic marketing efforts
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas
Monitor, stock, and manage inventory of retail and backbar supplies
Assist with opening and closing duties
Respond to phone calls, texts, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Ensure accuracy in client records and transactions
Support team collaboration and contribute to a positive work environment

Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
Sales‑minded with confidence in recommending services and products
Comfortable assisting with social media and marketing tasks
Self‑motivated and able to manage responsibilities independently
Detail‑oriented and reliable
Professional appearance and demeanor
Experience in a medical spa, sales, salon, or similar setting is a plus
Schedule Requirements

Must be available to work 1–2 weekends per month
Consistent, set schedule provided during weekdays
