Position Summary
Responsible for the logistics and administration of all natural gas sales volumes and other hydrocarbons, as assigned.
Primary Responsibilities
Flow nominations on oil and gas product pipelines, as assigned
Monitors pipeline outage, operational flow orders and critical notices to minimize impacts on company and communicate such notices and actions necessary to operational employees
Calculates daily/monthly production sales availabilities and recommends base load and swing sales percentages
Responsible for updating flow schematics for each property for their area of responsibility
Back up scheduling duties for other properties to ensure company exposure is managed and for employee development
Participates in oil and gas bid awards, as assigned
Verifies accuracy of sales confirmation
Manages company’s product imbalance position
Special project assignments including but not limited to RSG, FERC 552, Field breakdown report, NGL Processing elections, and ad hoc requests
Reviews applicable SOX narratives and is responsible for compliance
Assists in new production connection evaluations, as requested
Assists in commercial optimization of existing production, as requested
Reviews and approves rates on transportation invoices for AP process
Monitors company credit limits with buyers
Prepares various internal sales accrual reports for accounting
Prepares and reviews sales invoices to buyers
Buy and Sell gas to balance the pipeline and or portfolio as needed
Reviews new PHA/GBA database entries for compliance
Review and provide comments to Marketing contracts as needed
Compiles active marketing contract lists as requested for divest packages as requested
Participates in due diligence review of acquisitions as requested
Complies with ONRR data requests
Employees in this role are expected to be on call, frequently responding to issues that may arise during evenings, weekends and Holidays
Knowledge, Education & Experience
A minimum of 5 years industry experience in an equivalent role
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or Engineering - preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritize and manage projects
Interest in energy business, operations, and marketing
General PC ability/Advanced Excel skills required

Ability to wear hard hat, flame retardant clothing, steel toe safety boots and full-face respirator (emergency use only)
