Pediatrician (MD/DO)Compensation: $231,000 $300,000 annually (based on experience)Job Type: Full-time, Mondays to Fridays 8-5 PM or 4 day (10 hour shift available).Location: Greater Sacramento area, CA (Multiple locations available)We are seeking a full-time Pediatrician to provide comprehensive primary care services to children and adolescents (birth through age 19) in a community health center setting. This role offers the opportunity to serve a diverse, underserved population while working within a collaborative, mission-driven team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive pediatric care, including well-child visits, acute care, and chronic disease managementPerform thorough histories and physical exams, develop differential diagnoses, and implement treatment plansOrder and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnosticsPrescribe medications and manage age-appropriate therapiesProvide developmental, behavioral, and preventive care servicesDeliver culturally competent patient and family educationCoordinate specialty referrals and consultations as neededMaintain productivity standards while delivering high-quality careReview and respond to clinical messages, labs, and reports in a timely mannerComplete accurate, timely documentation and billing in the electronic health recordParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education
