The 650‑acre facility features a 1.5‑mile oval and a 2.21‑mile road course, hosting nearly 300 on‑track events each year and generating more than $301 million annually for the region. NASCAR has crowned champions here for 18 consecutive years (2002‑19) and the arena hosts key races, including the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series Championship Weekend on November 6‑8.
Responsibilities
Serve as an ambassador for Homestead‑Miami Speedway at public appearances and promotional events throughout South Florida.
Build community connections with fans, newcomers, and potential customers to encourage attendance at the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series Championship Weekend.
Support NASCAR marketing and event initiatives, including the 2026 Weekend, NASCAR Racing Experience Media & Influencer Day, Fourth of July Celebration, and Fast Lane Friday events.
Engage customers on‑site at grassroots events to generate leads and close ticket sales for the 2026 Weekend.
Collect attendee data and prospects for future email campaigns, and encourage sign‑ups for the mailing list.
Educate the public about Homestead‑Miami Speedway’s history and ticket opportunities.
Maintain expert knowledge of the venue’s products and services.
Ensure promotional materials and giveaways are fully stocked.
Participate in public appearances with the promo car and/or retired race car, ensuring both vehicles remain in impeccable condition.
Coordinate transportation and staging of the retired race car with the towing team, overseeing loading and unloading.
Assist with setup and teardown of displays, traveling to the office and event locations as required, and returning all items after events.
Demonstrate sales‑oriented, personable, punctual, hardworking, and reliable conduct, adhering to safety regulations.
Travel out of town as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 18 years old.
Bilingual: native English and Spanish speaker.
High energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism when interacting with customers.
Strong attention to detail and consistency in presentation and setup.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
Creative, strategic thinker with a proactive problem‑solving approach.
Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of working in a fast‑paced environment.
Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings to meet event schedules.
Desired Qualifications
Sales experience.
Current enrollment in a college or university program in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Sports Management, or a related field with an interest in motorsports and event marketing.
