  • Monday: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
  • Thursday: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Requirements & Capabilities
  • Must be able to perform all standard "bread-and-butter" ENT procedures
  • Two audiologists in clinic
  • Some ENT procedures can be performed in clinic
  • Full-time clinic/OR coverage needed starting ASAP
