At Right Angle Home Services, we specialize in residential remodeling projects and believe the process should feel organized, clear, and well-communicated from start to finish.
We're hiring a Project Design Coordinator to help manage the design phase of remodeling projects--working directly with homeowners to guide selections, coordinate details, and prepare projects for construction.
This is a client-facing, project coordination role that combines remodeling, design support, and communication.

Compensation
$50,000 - $70,000 salary (based on experience)
Profit Share: 10% of company quarterly profit (shared among eligible employees)
Fuel reimbursement for project-related travel
Schedule & Time Off
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Local travel required (Lexington area)
2 weeks PTO (available after 90 days)
3 weeks paid holiday (2 weeks around Christmas / New Year, and Thanksgiving, Black Friday Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
Key Responsibilities (Project Design & Coordination)
Take clients shopping, guiding them through the design selections and remodeling decisions
Coordinate meetings between clients, craftsmen, and vendors
Assist with selections: flooring, cabinets, countertops, lighting, fixtures, appliances
Keep remodeling projects organized, documented, and on schedule
Move projects from Design Agreement proposal-ready scope
Track timelines, selections, and next steps for multiple projects
Communicate clearly via in-person meetings, phone, text, and email
Provide weekly updates on project progress and make the process enjoyable for clients
Coordinate/Capture project photography upon completion
What Success Looks Like
Remodeling projects move from design to proposal in 3-4 weeks
Clients feel confident, informed, and guided through decisions
Selections are clear, complete, and well-documented
Communication is consistent, proactive, and professional
Work Environment
50% Office Work - scheduling, coordination, documentation, ordering
50% Field Work - client meetings, showrooms, vendor coordination
Qualifications
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple remodeling projects at once
Strong time management and follow-through
Customer-focused mindset
Self-starter with the ability to take initiative
Preferred (Not Required)
Interior design experience
Remodeling or construction experience
Project coordination or project management experience
