Lead Superintendent – Local Projects (Fort Lauderdale, FL)
ENR Top Ranked Commercial GC with a growing presence in Fort Lauderdale seeks a Lead Superintendent for local projects. Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years’ experience in construction field superintendent
Extensive experience with ground-up commercial work valued over $10M
Light industrial tilt-wall experience preferred
Schedule and look‑ahead experience with Procore or other construction software preferred
