We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with construction experience to lead and execute construction and reconstruction projects. The ideal candidate is comfortable working hard in challenging situations, enjoys meeting new people, has excellent communication skills, leads by example, and is a serious multitasker. Self‑motivated individuals with superb interpersonal skills will thrive in our fast‑paced emergency service environment while remaining calm and precise in decision making.
Job Description
Successful Project Managers are responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to obtain and successfully execute construction/reconstruction projects. They ensure a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, and resource providers involved in reconstruction services.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3–5 years of construction project management experience.
Superb customer service track record.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of industry building codes.
Previous restoration construction management experience is a big plus.
