
Landscape Design Coordinator

We are seeking a Landscape Design Coordinator to assist the registered Landscape Architect in developing site design projects, from concept to construction documentation. Responsibilities include site analysis, traffic, grading and storm drainage assessments, conducting site visits, illustration of design using hand‑drawn and computer‑rendered graphics, providing AutoCAD production support during all design phases, and performing related tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree.
Proficiency with AutoCAD+LandFX, Revit+Environment, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
Internships or prior work experience as Landscape Designer or within the Construction Industry.
Hand sketching, drafting and visual communication skills.
Strong design sensibility: creativity, curiosity, iterative concept exploration across multiple platforms.
Understanding of technical aspects of landscape architecture: construction materials and processes; grading, drainage, site utility fundamentals; plant materials and California water use regulations.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and willingness to learn.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering.
Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Photoshop experience is a plus.
Ability to prepare site plans and understand grading and drainage principles.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
