Job Summary
Renewal by Andersen is seeking a driven Events & Retail Supervisor to lead our high-performing marketing team. Our Events & Retail Team plays a critical role in generating leads at retail locations, trade shows, and community events. As a Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for training, coaching, and motivating your team to maximize lead generation efforts while ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Marketing Representatives to maximize lead generation at retail stores, events, and trade shows
Set performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback to ensure team members meet and exceed lead generation goals
Oversee recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new team members to maintain strong staffing levels
Maintain relationships with store owners and event coordinators to secure and expand marketing opportunities
Ensure all retail locations and events are properly stocked with necessary marketing materials and supplies
Partner with the Retail/Events Marketing Manager to align strategies and optimize team performance
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in marketing, promotions, or event-based lead generation
Strong leadership and coaching skills - Ability to train and motivate a team
Highly organized with strong time management abilities
Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office tools
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
