Primary Purpose
Our meat clerks select the best cuts for customers and help them find what they need. They're also responsible for stocking and maintaining display cases and assisting our meat cutters in weighing, preparing, labeling and packaging products. This overview covers the main duties, and additional responsibilities may be assigned depending on store needs.
