Foreman – Electrical (New Construction / Remodel)

About the Role
Our growth has enabled us to open this key role for ensuring success and safety in all of our projects. You will have overall insight into key metrics across projects, you will execute productivity analysis, collaborate with client field teams and so much more.
Location
4-month project in Winston-Salem, NC.
Open to candidates who want to complete this project or travel and continue with our team afterward.
We pay for all travel, including housing (Airbnb), fuel, per diem, etc., if you choose to travel.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for execution of electrical scopes across a project, including planning and layout of installations and direction/oversight of all electrical personnel.
Manpower forecasting and productivity planning for assigned scopes of work.
Coordinate work with client representatives and communicate needs to KEI Project Manager to ensure all required materials, tools, safety apparatus, and information packages are in place ahead of scheduled installations.
Conduct jobsite safety meetings and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies/guidelines.
Compile and submit project reporting documents, including daily logs, timesheets, manpower forecasts, testing logs, and project closeout documents.
Ensure compliance with all company guidelines, policies, and quality standards.
Consistently complete projects on schedule and within budget.
Position Requirements
At least six (6) years' experience in the electrical industry, commercial retail preferred.
Possess an active State Electrical license (preferred).
Current OSHA 10 certificate.
Must have ability to run medium-size projects (4-10 electricians).
Strong working knowledge of applicable building codes.
Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation
$110,000 - $150,000 annual compensation (Completion Bonus available).
Includes vehicle allowance, paid housing fuel card, per diem and a best-in-class bonus program.
Base salary is based on experience and licensing.
