Create and execute electrical failure analysis test programs to identify and resolve product defects.
Develop and apply new test methodologies for project qualification and product release.
Collaborate closely with design, product, and QA teams to align testing strategies with business goals.
Document test results, analyze data, and provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement.
