Our client, a Boston-based nonprofit, is looking to hire a Sr. Accountant on a direct hire basis. This is a visible seat reporting into senior finance leadership, with ownership of month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting across multiple entities. The organization is stable, mission-driven, and offers a hybrid schedule with real work/life balance.
Requirements
5+ years of accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Strong GL, month-end close, and reconciliation experience
Preferences
Nonprofit or fund accounting experience
Experience with grant accounting or restricted funds
Experience in a multi-entity environment
