Required Skills:

• Valid and current medical license in obstetrics and gynecology
• Certification in fetal monitoring and PALS
• Proven experience in outpatient clinic settings
• Ability to perform in-house lab and ultrasound procedures
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to manage overnight and weekend call responsibilities effectively

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working with IMLC providers and quality letter documentation
• Knowledge of hospital-based care and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctorate in Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Minimum of 2 years of obstetrics and gynecology practice experience
• Prior experience with labor and delivery, including fetal monitoring

Other Requirements:

• Must hold current PALS certification
• Fetal monitoring certification required
• Willingness to cover clinic four days per week (8 am 4 pm), with scheduled overnight and weekend call duties (call ratio 1:4)
• Availability for weekend coverage from Friday 8 am through Monday 8 am
• No Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) on hospital staff; Nurse Practitioners (NPs) assist in practice
