Junior Wealth Advisor
Overview
We are seeking a Service Advisor to support and manage relationships with existing clients at a growing private wealth firm. In this role, you will work closely with senior advisors to help prepare financial plans, analyze investments, and provide recommendations that support clients’ financial goals.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, delivering financial advice, and contributing to long‑term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Investment Support
Prepare and update financial plans using client information and financial planning software.
Work with senior advisors to review planning assumptions and investment strategies.
Assist clients in completing risk profiles and investment policy statements.
Analyze investment opportunities and help develop asset allocation strategies.
Help rebalance client portfolios when needed.
Support the transfer of assets for new clients during the onboarding process.
Provide recommendations on financial products that align with each client’s financial plan.
Client Service
Participate in client meetings and help present financial planning information.
Take meeting notes, send summaries, and follow up on action items.
Respond to client questions and requests in a professional and timely manner.
Build strong relationships with clients by maintaining consistent communication.
Provide a high level of service to help retain and grow client relationships.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with advisors, paraplanners, and operations teams to ensure smooth client service.
Help implement financial planning strategies and coordinate tasks within the team.
Support team members and provide guidance when needed.
Business Growth
Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients.
Help generate referrals and new client opportunities.

Strong client relationships and high client retention
Accurate and timely financial plans and client deliverables
Active participation in client meetings and planning strategies
Contribution to new client referrals and business growth
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in financial services or wealth management
Licenses
Series 7 and Series 66 required
Certifications
CFP (Certified Financial Planner) preferred, or willingness to pursue certification
