Ice Lender Holdings, a private real estate lending company, is expanding into Nevada and seeking a licensed Nevada MLO to serve as our state-designated Qualifying Employee.
This is a part-time, flexible role ideal for a semi-retired mortgage professional looking for a consistent monthly engagement with minimal day-to-day demands.
Requirements
Active Nevada MLO license in good standing with NMLS
24+ months verifiable experience in real estate mortgage lending within the last 5 years (W-2s or 1099s required)
Able and willing to serve as exclusive W-2 employee of Ice Lender Holdings consistent with NRS 645B requirements
The Role
As our designated QE, you'll serve as the licensed supervisor of record for our Nevada office. Our operation is in its early stages — day-to-day demands will be light, focused on compliance and license maintenance rather than active origination. You'll work directly with company leadership with full support on any regulatory matters that arise.
Compensation
Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience. Compensation reviewed as Nevada operations scale.
