Salary: $2,697.00 - $2,897.00 /wk Join the team as an Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you will operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images used by physicians to evaluate and treat patients. Minimum Requirements: National certification in specialty from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (S). Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer. BLS certification required. Experience performing vascular, general, OB/GYN, small parts, neonatal cranial, testicular, and soft tissue ultrasound studies. Competence with invasive ultrasound-guided procedures such as paracentesis and thoracentesis. Experience with arterial and venous studies including ABI/WBI/TBI, upper and lower arterial and venous, venous insufficiency, AVF mapping, carotid, and transplant-specific Doppler exams (liver, renal, TIPS). Familiarity with EPIC EMR and Epic Radiant RIS preferred. Experience with department ultrasound equipment such as Siemens Sequoia, Parks FlowLab, and Trophon preferred. Ability to work with inpatient, observation, outpatient, and emergency department patient populations. Preferred: prior hospital-based experience in a large acute care setting and exposure to interventional radiology support. Assignment Details Facility type: Hospital. Shift: Days. Shift hours: 0600-1500. Schedule: 5x8. Standard hours per week: 40. Travel assignment duration: 13 weeks. Candidate may be expected to rotate to the health system's on-campus rehab facility as part of department coverage. Onsite radiologist coverage: radiologist onsite 7 days/week 0800-1700; radiologist PAs weekdays 0700-1630 and weekends 1200-1630.
