Job Summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking an energetic, highly motivated individual for the full‑time position of Commercial Loan Administrator II.
Responsibilities

Support multiple commercial bankers responsible for handling a high volume of moderate to complex loans and/or relationships.
Complete pre‑close items for commercial loan requests including gathering good‑standing certificates, entity documents, beneficial ownership information, pulling credit reports, ordering and reviewing UCC filings, title work, appraisals, and environmental reports.
Order loan documents in accordance with loan approval requirements.
Review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and provide complete documentation at the time of closing.
Verify the disbursement of loan funds for accuracy and timeliness, and assist in processing loan payments, advances, and related items.
Work with bankers on post‑loan closing items, maintaining covenant ticklers relating to collateral tracking and financial reporting.
Ensure loans are booked correctly in our core system and documentation is saved in our credit filing system.
Provide support and serve as a resource to other Commercial Loan Administrators.
Serve as a notary.
Education / Experience

Minimum of 3 years of commercial loan documentation or support experience in a banking environment.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work productively without direct supervision.
Demonstrated ability to multi‑task in a high‑volume workflow with competing priorities.
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with high attention to detail.
Effective communication skills with third‑party vendors, co‑workers, and customers.
Working Conditions

The position requires the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Employees may spend extended periods sitting or standing, using hands to operate computers or other equipment, and reaching for work‑related tasks. Regular walking may be required, along with occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or climbing. The role may involve lifting or moving items weighing up to 10 pounds. Vision requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
