A community hospital in Rome, New York is seeking a full-time Hospitalist to join a well-supported inpatient team. This role offers a manageable census, strong specialty support, and a predictable 7-on/7-off schedule.

Open ICU with 24/7 intensivist consultation
Rapid responses and codes required
No on-call duties

Base salary: $250,000 $275,000
$15,000 starting bonus
