Area Supervisor
to oversee a patch of local restaurants.
This isn't just about managing shifts; it's about leading leaders. You will be the strategic link between corporate goals and store-level execution, ensuring that our gold standard of quality, service, and cleanliness is met across every location in your patch.
What You’ll Do
Talent Development:
Identify and groom the next generation of restaurant leaders. You’ll build a "bench" of talent to ensure long‑term growth.
Operational Excellence:
Conduct regular store visits to ensure strict adherence to brand standards, food safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Financial Stewardship:
Analyze P&L statements for each location to identify trends, manage labor costs, and optimize inventory to maximize the bottom line.
Guest Experience:
Champion a "customer-first" culture, resolving escalated issues and implementing strategies to improve speed of service.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
3+ years of multi‑unit management experience in the restaurant or retail industry.
Business Acumen:
Deep understanding of P&L management, COGS, and labor optimization.
Leadership Style:
A "boots‑on‑the‑ground" mentor who leads by example and thrives on developing others.
Adaptability:
The ability to pivot quickly in a high‑pressure environment while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
