The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of municipal finance, including general municipal bonds, conduit bonds and multifamily housing bonds, tax‑exempt and taxable bond issuances, public offerings and private placements with financial institutions, and a proven ability to manage transactions from start to finish with minimal supervision. You will work closely with partners, other firm attorneys in related practice areas, and clients on innovative financing solutions, contributing both technical expertise and practical guidance.
