Full Time Hourly Warehouse Worker (T3032)

Warehouse Worker roles starting at $24.50 per hour. The pay range is $24.50 to $27.50 per hour. You may also earn additional compensation in the form of a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility.
Shift Availability
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 4:00 PM–2:00 AM
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 4:00 PM–2:00 AM
Responsibilities
Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Attend safety training to learn how to work safely in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to our stores and guests.
Work safely, quickly, and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
Report to work on time and complete job tasks as assigned accurately and on time.
Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.

Requirements
Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35–50 lbs. frequently throughout a shift.
Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally throughout a shift.
Ability to push utility carts up to 60 lbs., use carts, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items.
Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
Work at a height of up to 40 ft. on a mezzanine (where applicable).
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
Use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction) accurately.
Read labels, tickets, and other product documentation accurately.
Operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after receiving training.
Have good written and oral communication skills.
Be trained on and operate all powered equipment safely (including Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit‑Down & Stand‑Up Forklift) and work at heights of up to 40 ft. where applicable.
Understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions.

Able to work in various temperature‑controlled environments including refrigerator and freezer.
