Responsibilities

Greet technicians each morning
Dispatch same‑day service requests
Problem solve same‑day field issues
Manage emergency response requests
Communicate same‑day capacity/routing updates to Inside Sales
Proactively route work orders for 7+ days out
Clear crews at end‑of‑day, verify completed jobs
Actively listen and address team inquiries and concerns
Assist Inside Sales with incoming customer calls and scheduling
Requirements

2+ years previous experience in Dispatch/Logistics required
1+ year previous experience in customer service or other customer focused fields required
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Must have strong computer skills including MS Office and other standard applications
Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) experience preferred
Salesforce experience is a plus
Ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
Positive attitude and a smile that can be heard through the phone
Accurate, organized and detail‑oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Geographical knowledge of the state of Michigan is a plus
Advanced problem‑solving skills is a plus
Ability to work some weekends
