Warehouse Supervisor
to join our team in
Missoula, MT . In this role you will manage the day‑to‑day operations of the warehouse, keeping all systems, files, logs and inventory up‑to‑date and accurate. You will order supplies needed for the daily operation of all departments and consistently review equipment reports to ensure processes remain efficient.

The Role
Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse
Keep all systems, files, logs, and inventory up-to-date and accurate
Order supplies needed for the daily operation of all departments
Consistently review equipment reports to ensure processes remain efficient
Train technicians on equipment reconciliation processes
Ensure all orders are completed to meet required deadlinesEnsure that resources (i.e., company vehicles, company and client equipment, etc.) are secured and maintained in proper working order
Conduct and/or attend meetings as needed
Perform quality inspections to ensure warehouse complies and meets guidelines
Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments
Keep safety as your #1 priority: adhering to company safety standards and all federal, state and local laws
Strive to provide the best customer experience every day
Requirements
2+ years of warehouse experience required
Previous experience managing a team preferred
Ability to operate a pallet jack and drive a forklift
Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
Ability to complete work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the time
Ability to safely navigate various terrains, managing equipment and tools
Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs
Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver’s license is required if the role involves driving
