Job Summary
This position is responsible for driving business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with key referral partners such as insurance agents, property managers, and other restoration contractors. It involves identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and securing new accounts to increase market share and revenue and achieve company goals. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and developing a winning sales strategy. The role requires strong networking and relationship‑building skills, and financial acumen to ensure sustainable growth for the organization.
Role & Responsibilities
Get out in the community and build relationships with restoration companies, insurance agents, property managers, general contractors, and other industry professionals.
Drive Business Growth – develop new referral partnerships through cold calls, face‑to‑face meetings, networking events, and trade shows.
Create a Winning Sales Strategy – plan and schedule follow‑ups, get face‑to‑face with key decision makers, and set up meetings to nurture and maintain long‑term partnerships.
Follow up like a pro to turn potential deals into recurring revenue.
Support the Customer Experience – work closely with the operations team to ensure exceptional service and follow‑through.
Manage activity and track success by logging interactions using our Customer Resource Management (CRM) tools to measure growth and outreach efforts.
Host and attend marketing events that put our company in the spotlight.
Balance working leads with driving new ones – your pipeline is your earning potential.
